Shout Outs - Lending A Hand Week 3

I know a lot of us are feeling frazzled based on the responses to my usual Sunday reading thread so please take care of yourselves . There is no harm in not doing what you usually do - concentration is understandably shot and at times like this while reading for some is a great distraction for others its not possible - and that’s totally ok - practise yourself care. I find it very up and down at the mo.
